Account Information: When a business registers a tenant account, we collect personal details of the account owner, such as name, business name, email address, physical address, and phone number.
Billing and Payment Data: Credit card details, billing addresses, and payment history processed securely through our third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Client & Operational Data: Any data inputted by you or your employees into the platform modules (including but not limited to Project Management data, HRM employee profiles, CRM leads, invoices, and financial records).
Log Data: When you log into Techqnest Core, our servers automatically record standard technical data sent by your browser, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, page views, and timestamps.
Cookies and Tracking: We use essential cookies to maintain user sessions, remember system preferences, and secure account logins.
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
To provision, maintain, optimize, and secure your dedicated tenant workspace.
To process financial transactions and manage your subscription billing cycles.
To provide technical support and respond to customer service requests.

Because Techqnest Core is a multi-tenant system, we take data isolation and security very seriously:
Tenant Separation: We employ strict software-level and database-level isolation protocols to ensure that no tenant can view, modify, or access the data of another tenant workspace.
Data Encryption: Sensitive data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) technology.
Server Protection: Data is stored on secure, monitored virtual private servers (VPS) with firewalls and access controls updated regularly.
Access Control: Access to raw platform databases by Techqnest Systems engineers is strictly restricted to authorized personnel and limited to infrastructure maintenance or support tasks requested explicitly by the client.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your business or personal data with third-party marketers. We only disclose information under the following limited conditions:
Third-Party Service Providers: We may share data with reliable third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting infrastructure providers, email delivery engines like Techqnest Mail, and payment processors) strictly to perform technical services on our behalf.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe such action is necessary to protect the safety and rights of Techqnest Systems or our users.
Active Accounts: We retain your account data and operational metrics for as long as your Techqnest Core subscription remains active.
Cancelled/Terminated Accounts: Upon subscription cancellation or non-payment, your data is retained for a standard grace period of thirty (30) days to allow you to export your data. Following this period, your tenant database volume and associated server files will be permanently purged from active production servers.
Depending on your regional legal jurisdiction, you and your authorized employees may have specific rights regarding personal data, including:
Access and Export: The right to request a copy of the data stored within your workspace (built-in export features are available via your platform dashboard).
Correction: The right to update or modify inaccurate personal and corporate data within account profiles.
Erasure: The right to request the permanent deletion of specific records or your entire user account, subject to active contractual or legal obligations.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect shifts in our legal obligations, server configurations, or software enhancements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
